Capricorn, the Joint Venture between Ellumen and Persistent Technology, Awarded Two Categories on NASA SEWP’s Sixth Iteration of Governmentwide Acquisition Contract
SILVER SPRING, MD, Month X, XXXX—Ellumen is proud to share that Capricorn, its joint venture with Persistent Technology, Inc. (PTI) has been selected as a NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI (SEWP VI) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract holder in Categories B and C. Founded in July 2019, Capricorn brings together the combined expertise of Ellumen and PTI to deliver mission-focused technology services for federal agencies. As a HUBZone-certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Capricorn JV specializes in digital modernization, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, data analytics, training, communications, and program delivery.
Under the 10-year vehicle, Capricorn secured positions in Category B (Enterprise-Wide Solutions and Managed Services) and Category C (Mission-Focused Technology Services). These categories, encompassing 692 and 1,059 awards respectively, cover everything from IT infrastructure modernization and cloud solutions to custom software development, network operations, and cybersecurity. Anticipated to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036, with a maximum value of $20 billion per contract, SEWP VI positions Capricorn to deliver scalable, end-to-end technology services at both the enterprise and mission levels.
